Program description: HelloSpello sends transactional, one-time SMS messages containing a private chat join code and link, sent only when a customer verbally consents during a live call with an agent. These are not marketing messages.

• Consent mechanism: During a live call, the HelloSpello agent verbally requests consent before sending any SMS, using this script:
  "I'd like to text you a secure link to join our private chat. You'll receive a one-time SMS from HelloSpello with a join code and link. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out. Do I have your permission to send that text now?"The agent only sends the message after the customer verbally agrees.
• Message frequency: Transactional/as-needed (one message per chat invitation).
• Cost disclosure: Message and data rates may apply.
